Yes, there’s plenty of nudity as Steele and Grey romp around the bedroom and explore sexual taboos that may have been boundary-pushing when David Duchovny was still thumbing through “Red Shoe Diaries.”

And this is pretty much where Knock Knock goes from a tongue-in-cheek episode of Red Shoe Diaries to a patently ridiculous series of psychological mind games.
Their shared passion is unconvincing; their sex scenes, ludicrously tame (one bathtub encounter veers uncomfortably close to Red Shoe Diaries-style softcore), lack any spark or sizzle.
