Reading Cinetrii needs no account, and the site sets no cookies of its own. Two things here touch anything personal: a counter that records how many people looked at each film, and the advertising that pays for the site. Everything below is detail on those two.
When you open a film page, the server notes that the film was viewed. To avoid counting the same visit several times over, it derives a short hash from your IP address and browser identification and keeps that hash in memory for thirty minutes.
The hash is never written to disk, never leaves the server process, and is gone when it expires or when the site restarts. What is kept is a number per film per day, with nothing attached that points back to a reader.
Cinetrii carries advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to select ads, to limit how often you see the same one, and to measure whether an ad worked. That processing is Google's, under Google's advertising privacy notice.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before any of it runs, and you can change that answer at any time from the same notice. Wherever you are, you can turn off personalised advertising in Google's ad settings; you will still see ads, but they will not be chosen from a profile.
Some of what you see on a page is fetched from someone else's server, which means that server sees your IP address and browser identification the same way ours does:

The server and the proxy in front of it keep the usual access log: IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser identification. They exist to debug faults and to deal with abuse, they are kept no longer than that needs, and they are not used to build any picture of a reader.
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to it being processed, and complain to your data protection authority — in Sweden, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten.
Be aware of what the answer will usually be: because view counts are stored with nothing that identifies anyone, there is generally no record here to find, hand over or delete. For anything that concerns advertising, the data is Google's and their tools are the place to reach it.
The legal basis for counting views and keeping logs is legitimate interest — knowing which films to work on next, and keeping the site running. The legal basis for advertising cookies is your consent.
