What critics compared Search Party to
More than anything, it reminded me of an arthouse version of the slacker detective stories like Search Party and Bored To Death that began popping up on TV about a decade ago.
Even those of us who aren’t fans of a “Hangover” or a “Horrible Bosses” pic would agree that the comparison doesn’t flatter “Search Party.”
Many have already pointed out the similarities between this film and the TV show Search Party, where a young woman from New York City dedicates all her time and energy to finding a disappeared girl she barely knew.
