Molly (Beanie Feldstein, Lady Bird ) and Amy (Kaitlyn Dever, Beautiful Boy ) are best friends and academic overachievers who have chosen grades over popularity as the senior year at their Los Angeles-area high school comes to a close.

Wilde is blessed with abundantly talented actors in Dever (“The Front Runner,” “Beautiful Boy”) and Feldstein (“Lady Bird,” “Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising”), who embody these driven characters and have a BFF chemistry that’s explosive.
Feldstein clearly has some of the same DNA of her brother, Jonah Hill, and Dever (who previously played the drug addict Lauren alongside Timothée Chalamet in the critically acclaimed 2018 film Beautiful Boy ) is a star on the rise.
