In only a handful of scenes, Lucy Liu (2007's " Code Name: The Cleaner ") brings such a gritty, mournful quality to Dr. Parker that one fully understands and sympathizes with her instantly.
It rivals Code Name: The Cleaner (2007) and Witless Protection (2008) as the worst amateur-law-enforcer movie ever made.
