It doesn’t sprint from death scene to death scene the way FD3 did, and it’s better for it.
The writers inject a knowing sense of dark humour amidst the carnage that’s in keeping with some of the other sequels, particularly the third one with its sitcom-esque characters and somewhat hilarious tanning bed demises…

This is also the series at its best — or at least tying with Final Destination 3. Santa Juana isn’t on level with the third film’s lead, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, in terms of charm, but she’s great at communicating concern and terror.
Jesse Moss (Final Destination 3) is given a bit more to work with as Chad (the group’s resident hillbilly expert) but can be a bit excessive – even for a movie that plays heavily on caricatures.

Cast your mind back to 2006, where creative, gruesome dismemberment is a sure-fire way to guarantee a handsome box-office taking; Saw 3 raked in nearly $165 million, Final Destination 3 made a whopping $117 million, both off of relatively low budgets.
Amanda Crew, the "annoying little sister" in "Final Destination 3," is amazingly daring as Ian's childhood friend Felicia, enduring all sorts of crazy things to get laughs, including getting hit in the face with a giant lollipop and peeing in a radiator.
As the feisty Felicia, Amanda Crew (2006's " Final Destination 3 ") has star charisma to spare and a winning personality that would make anyone fall for her.
