A mere week after inflicting the ungodly awfulness of Trailer Park Boys: Don’t Legalize It on our shores, the Canadian cutups have the effrontery to do it again with their meta-themed, purported comedy in which Mike Smith, Robb Wells and John Paul Tremblay play versions of themselves rather than their beloved (in Canada, at least) characters.

Swearnet—both the film and the website it's named after—is the brainchild of Mike Smith, John Paul Tremblay and Robb Wells, a trio of Canadian comics who are collectively known as the "Trailer Park Boys," the title of a successful mockumentary TV series they've headlined since 2001.
Green gets off some self-aware zingers — a Freddy Got Fingered gag included — with deadpan delivery that contrasts with the increasingly desperate and unfunny antics of stars Robb Wells, John Paul Tremblay and Mike Smith .
Swearnet: The Movie is, if you will, The Muppet Movie version of how Swearnet: The Website came to be, offering up a lightly fictionalized version of the site's origin with the three principals playing themselves.
