What critics compared Blood Money to
The lumpy mix is considerably smoothed by McKee, whose interesting résumé to date includes the morbid character study “May” as well as several adaptations of disturbing Jack Ketchum novels.
And McKee, so good at bringing tension and atmosphere to “May” and “The Woman,” can’t get excited about this material.
