Arkin escapes with his life from the vicious grips of "The Collector" during an entrapment party where he adds beautiful Elena to his "Collection." Instead of recovering from the trauma, Arkin is suddenly abducted from the hospital by mercenaries hired by Elena's wealthy father. Arkin is blackmailed to team up with the mercenaries and track down The Collector's booby trapped warehouse and save Elena.

The movie begins with a lawnmower scene that tries to rival the classic scene in Peter Jackson 's " Dead Alive " and fails.
Now another wealthy girl, Elena (Emma Fitzpatrick, "In Time"), has wandered into the madman's grip and, after he has successfully escaped, Arkin is forced back inside the killer's home base, the abandoned Hotel Argento (nod, nod, wink, wink), where he keeps "The Collection."
As Elena, a girl who lost her mother and, later, very nearly her father when she was a child, the pixie-haired Emma Fitzpatrick (2011's " In Time ") brings a resourceful resolve to her character.
Then comes the slaughter and the film turn into just another "Saw" sequel (minus the flimsy moralizing) with the elements of "Silence of the Lambs" that hung over the first one combined with a genuflection to "The Human Centipede."
