What critics compared Sherlock to
…even though earlier he gave an impressive demonstration of his observational skills with his deductions about Kazran’s father (presented in the rapid-fire style of Moffat’s other hit show of 2010, Sherlock).
…including a number of sequences that are reminiscent of Moffat’s own Sherlock, as we discover how our hero gets by in just a few seconds of mortal peril…
It’s also helped along by a very funny nod to Moffat’s other hit series, Sherlock.
The beginning of the reign of showrunner Steven Moffat (Coupling, Sherlock)…
…he has demonstrated enormous talent through his work on The League of Gentlemen, An Adventure in Space and Time, Sherlock, and current hit Bookish…
…as could be expected from one of the creators of the intricate narratives of Sherlock…
…yes, Sherlock, sometimes it is twins…
…the detective solving murder mysteries isn’t a cool genius like Sherlock or a goofy alien like Doctor Who…
But unlike portrayals that verge into autism spectrum stereotyping (don’t @ me, Sherlock stans), Reed is extremely self-aware and sees it has a flaw in himself.
