Skeeter Bronson is a down-on-his-luck guy who's always telling bedtime stories to his niece and nephew. But his life is turned upside down when the fantastical stories he makes up for entertainment inexplicably turn into reality. Can a bewildered Skeeter manage his own unruly fantasies now that the outrageous characters and situations from his mind have morphed into actual people and events?

What critics compared Bedtime Stories to
It's not the mirror and its inhabitant, Marisol (Kate Siegel), that gives chills but the flashbacks to the young Kaylie (Annalise Basso, "Bedtime Stories") and Tim (Garrett Ryan, "Insidious: Chapter 2") realizing that their parents are no longer themselves and have murderous intent.
What's The Deal: Thanks to its PG rating, this may be the most tasteful movie to come out of Adam Sandler's production empire (and no, he's not in it), even more so than Sandler's own kid-centric Bedtime Stories.
Thus we get the harried dad of Click, the other harried dad of Bedtime Stories, and Grown Upsâ successful (but harried) Hollywood agent (and dad) Lenny Feder, who reunites with his four best friends from the old junior high school basketball team only to realize that his current life, wife, and kids are drowning in the shallows.
