What critics compared Diary of the Dead to
Too, it had a genuine Sixties echo in Dennis Hopper, a living, breathing actor who nevertheless has struck me as cinematically zombified at least since River's Edge.
While you might recognize Michael Kelly (Andrew’s father, Richard) from “The Adjustment Bureau,” “Dawn of the Dead” or “The Sopranos,” Richard’s acute angst toward Andrew is unsubstantiated.
In other words, and in every way, artifice must not exist in the equation, or else dopey wannabes like 2008's " Diary of the Dead " or 2012's " The Devil Inside " result from the ashes of amateurish filmmaking.
