The Mighty Ducks (1992)

After reckless young lawyer Gordon Bombay gets arrested for drunk driving, he must coach a kids hockey team for his community service. Gordon has experience on the ice, but isn't eager to return to hockey, a point hit home by his tense dealings with his own former coach, Jack Reilly. The reluctant Gordon eventually grows to appreciate his team, which includes promising young Charlie Conway, and leads them to take on Reilly's tough players.

Ostensibly, The Internship uses Google and its products in the same way that The Mighty Ducks uses hockey — as a vehicle to create a world and a way to drive the plot forward.
It’s The Mighty Ducks or “We’re All in This Together” but with fight scenes and giant monsters, nothing more and nothing less.
The ensuing scramble to whip up band members and write their little tunes is a treat, tapping into the same rag-tag underdog appeal as School of Rock and The Mighty Ducks.
Usually, this plot is used for sports comedies (“The Bad News Bears,” “The Mighty Ducks,” “Major League,” etc., etc. etc.) but it serves the purpose here as well.
